Once we have received all parts of the application and they have been reviewed by the Admissions Committee, you will be informed of your status by email,

letter, and/or phone.

This application is for admission to CSIMT. Completion of this form does NOT register you for courses. In order to register for individual courses, you must complete the Enrollment Agreement. Feel free to reach out by phone (304-914-4772) if you have any questions about this process.

Official transcripts must be sent by the institution making the recommendations directly to the Admission’s Office. Please use the Transcript Request Form attached below. To submit your application and any other required documents, you may scan and email to CTSchoolof.IMT@gmail.com or mail to:
